 Mortgage Experience

     I first learned the mortgage industry back in 1997 when a friend introduced me to the business.  I immediately started working for MGM Financial Corp. and have not looked backed since.   At the time, MGM Financial was the “Home Loan Center” for a few of the top credit unions in San Diego.  This allowed me to do well over 100 loans in the first couple years.  That accelerated experience gave me the equivalent to 5 or 6 years in the mortgage industry. 

     Today, 8 years later, I am able to lean on my past experiences and the many relationships made to make sure that I am providing the best there is to offer you, my client!

Real Estate Experience

    Throughout the past 8 years, my main focus has been on helping people achieve their Mortgage goals.  However, during those 8 years We have assisted many people in purchasing their home as well.  Knowing a transaction inside and out has helped me to provide this legendary service.  So I decided to add Realtor to my title.

    In 2003, with MGM Financial, I opened Spirit Real Estate of Imperial Beach.  Realizing that Imperial Beach was a great opportunity for families and investors, I thought it was the perfect place for a new Real Estate office.  This new adventure has surely been rewarding.  We have assisted several people in purchasing and selling their homes throughout San Diego.

Personal Information

     I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri.  After school, I joined the NAVY and served proudly from 1988-1992.  The NAVY allowed me to travel all over the Pacific, and beyond.  In 1992 I played Volleyball for the U.S. All-Navy team.  It was a fantastic experience and we will always treasure the many relationships along the way.

     During my last tour of duty, I met my wife Moira.  We married in July of 1994 at the Hotel Del Coronado.  We now have 2 children and enjoy every minute we spend together.
